We DO NOT service restaurants or medical offices at this time. (Medical lobbies and therapy offices are accepted but no medical grade equipment will be cleaned)

- Dishes are not included
- Extreme clutter may be charged at an additional fee
- We provide all products needed, if you have a preference in product please leave it out for the team and alert us that you'd like your own products used in lieu of our provided items
- Ceiling fans are dusted if under 8', due to insurance purposes we cannot guarantee that we can get to ceiling fans above 8'. If you have vaulted or high ceilings your fans potentially will be excluded.
- Appliances with screens (TVs, Computers, ect) will be dusted only, no chemicals or wet cleaning on screens will be performed
- Stove hood is included however filters/vents will not be removed. Surface cleaning only
- Pets must be contained in a kennel, outdoors, or in a room not to be serviced for the duration of the appointment
- No pet waste removal
- Insect infestations may result in a cancellation if the infestation prevents our team from completing the job without risk to themselves
- Full wall washing is not included in any package, if full walls are needing washed we are happy to refer you to a pressure washing service or painter who can assist. Deep cleans include spot cleaning walls, baseboards, door jambs, switches and backsplashes.

Contact us within 24 hours of service if something is not up to par and we will send a technician out as soon as possible to get it corrected. Complaints received after 24 hours may not qualify for the guarantee in order to ensure the item was actually missed and not caused or used after our team has left.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Refunds are given if the service is cancelled with more than 72 hour notice prior to start of service. If service is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice a refund will be issued less a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. After service has been performed there is a no refund policy in place, however we do have a satisfaction guarantee. The satisfaction guarantee covers items that are included in your purchased package only. If you report an issue with the service within 24 hours of end of service we will be happy to send out a technician to address and correct the issue. If it's been over 24 hours since service it is up to the company's discretion whether to send a new technician out, due to the time lapse it is likely that determining whether the item was missed or whether something has occurred since we left will be more difficult.
